We want your experience with Le Bootique to be as rewarding as possible, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund only on full price garments as long as it adheres to the following conditions:
- The item/s are returned in an unworn, resell-able condition with original swing tag attached, and any product packaging intact.
- When a discount code is running and items are discounted on the basis that a code has been used, we DO NOT allow refunds. A discount code is classified a ‘SALE’ therefore we will NOT refund your item however we are more then happy to exchange your product or provide you with a credit note valid for 60 days. Please note that we DO NOT cover the postage back to our store.
- Swimwear can only be exchanged if it is unworn with the tags and hygiene strip still attached.
- Your order must be returned within 7 days from delivery for any exchanges or refunds. Returns after this period will NOT be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days for all returns/refunds to be processed. Your Shipping Paid is NON REFUNDABLE.
- You will need to contact us via email prior to returning your order so that you can obtain a Return Authorisation Number. This number is used to identify the purchase being returned.
- If you are unhappy with your garment we will arrange a refund/exchange within 14 days of delivery. All refunds via our store or Arch Fashion will be paid into the same account that you initially paid with.
- We collaborate with Arch Fashion. Please note that NO PROMOTIONAL GIFTS/OFFERS apply when shopping via Arch Fashion.
- We will not be responsible for delivery fees that are incurred to send your items back to us should you require a refund or exchange.
- Sale items in our SALE section are final and not returnable nor refundable.
- Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you have simply changed your mind.
